1626: Civil Society challenges new requirement for driving test certificate for motorists

<div>A civil society activist is challenging a new directive from the Traffic Police department demanding drivers to process a driving test certificate as an additional driving requirement. <br> <br> </div> <div>Jame David Kolok, Executive Director of the Foundation for Democracy and Accountable Governance describes the order as ‘surprising’ and fears the new directive could be exploited by wrong elements within the traffic police to extort money from the public.<br> <br> </div>
