#107 Jeff Culley was standing about 800 feet above the middle fork of the American River. He was on the Foresthill Bridge. He couldn't believe how at peace he was with the moment. All he had to do was let go and in about 9 seconds, every ounce of pain and remorse that he was feeling would be gone. The Foresthill Bridge is the tallest bridge in California. It is the third tallest bridge in the United States. It also has the unfortunate honor of being a bridge that people use to end their lives. Jeff Culley was about to be another person that used the bridge to end his life. However, God had different plans for Jeff.
