Ali Horn

2019 saw Ali Horn release his debut EP ‘It Wears Off’, six songs exploding with hazy pop hooks, sunburst psychedelia and themes that stray between birth, death, love and paranoia. Since releasing Modern Voodoo back in April of last year, Ali appeared on Liz Kershaw’s BBC Radio 6 Music show twice, the following single Dreamers was in June selected as one of 6 Music’s Tune of 2019 So Far and he appeared live in session for the likes of BBC Introducing and Janice Long on BBC Radio Wales. No longer one of Liverpool’s best kept secrets, Ali toured the UK extensively last year, played shows with the likes of The Magic Gang and Red Rum Club and somehow made it as far as East of Russia for a show in Ulyanovsk. After ending the year with his biggest headline show to date in his hometown of Liverpool, Ali is back writing and recording new material for release in 2020.
