And that is how Jessie left her 13 years working at a sushi restaurant to start her career as a maker. Eventually Ben even talked her into starting a YouTube channel, as as they say in the movies, the rest is history. Jessie does not have a desire to master any one craft, but to rather experiment and try new things.  She shares these trials in her videos on YouTube.
