Why is Bullying Getting Worse for Kids and How Do We Help?

<p>This week, Hallie and I drew inspiration from our friend Tom Murphy, a former professional MMA fighter who owns the company Sweethearts and Heroes, which sheds a light on bullying and has reached over two million students in its message for empathy and empowerment. We talk about why bullying is worse now than ever, and how we as leaders have the duty to notice the small changes in others and get curious about how they really are doing.
