Uganda Military Court Jails 32 Kenyans for Gun Crimes 

Thirty-two Kenyan nationals have been sentenced to 10 years in jail by a military court sitting in Uganda’s north-eastern district of Moroto. <br />They were found guilty of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, as well as illegal possession of ammunition - offences triable in a military court in Uganda. <br />Uganda’s deputy army spokesperson, Col Deo Akiiki, has confirmed the sentences. <br />Each offence attracts a 10-year jail term and the court ruled that the convicts will serve the sentences concurrently.
