<p>The crazed doctor breaks out of the loony-bin and tries to set up a new life by hiding out in a small town. But just when he starts to think he finally has control of his violent impulses, one simple misunderstanding again SNAPS his grip on sanity, and he falls once more into a spiral of depravity and murderous intent.
