<p>In Romans 1:16, Paul says that the gospel is the power of God unto salvation, and this is true, but the power of the gospel is the Cross of Jesus Christ. On the Cross Jesus bore our pain (afflictions, sickness, and disease), made peace for us with God (salvation), and gave us power to live a victorious life. Jesus completed His Ultimate Triumph! It was achieved on the Cross!</p>
