Taco Bell is petitioning the government to cancel the trademark for 'Taco Tuesday'

Taco John's, a Wyoming-based fast food restaurant chain owns the trademark to the popular term Taco Tuesday. Now fast food giant Taco Bell is petitioning the government to cancel that trademark.
