The Chair of Clare's Joint Policing Committee says the rate of shoplifting in Clare is now 'a scandal'. JPC Chair and Sixmilebridge-based Fine Gael Councillor John Crowe has been telling Clare FM's Josh Prenderville that supports may needed for small shop owners to help combat the increase in thefts.
