<p>On this week&apos;s skills episode, we chat about a few TACTILE tips for talking to family, especially when things aren&apos;t going well. I am talking about those hard conversations about poor prognosis, new diagnoses, and potentially death. I believe it is better to be honest than to sugar-coat news.
