Short-Term Rental Investments and Leaving a W-2 with Matt Floyd

<p>Today’s episode we have on Matt Floyd, who is a Wisconsin native but is now living and doing real estate in San Diego, CA. He started off his career in software sales, and after moving to the Caribbean for a year he made a stride to real estate. Matt was so great to get talking about his life experience and adventures. We go straight into his journey of finding a life in real estate. His journey started when he bought a four-plex for $55k, then moved to buy a 7 unit multifamily complex. We go into his work in short-term rentals which is what he deals with heavily today. </p>
