Port St Joe/Apalach Report: FL Keys Permit & Early Spring in PSJ

<p>Capt. Jordan Todd tells us about a recent trip to the FL Keys, specifically Marathon, FL where he took a few days to chase permit with a fly rod. We also talk about the Port St Joe, Apalachicola area and the transition from Winter to Spring.
