With an MBA and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management, Keanon is an Associate Editor the Journal of Family Business Management, has written for many other publications, and has also presented his proprietary research at numerous conferences.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style= "font-weight: 400;">Currently, he is a professor at California Baptist University in the Robert K.
