<p>It has been exactly one year since the Pretoria Peace Accords were signed, putting an end to 2 years of civil war in Tigray, one of the deadliest conflicts of the last 30 years. More than a million displaced people have still not been able to return home, and over 40% of the population is still suffering from a lack of food. We review the situation with Clothilde Hazard in Addis Ababa.</p>
