NYPD Identify Person of Interest in Subway Attack 4/12/22

Police in New York City have identified Frank James as a person of interest in a shooting aboard a Manhattan-bound train in Brooklyn that left at least 29 people injured. Of the injured, 10 people were shot and five are in critical but stable condition.
