My journey working at Right at Home Rhome - Megan Lane, Outreach Specialist.

Let's&nbsp;begin.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday!</p> <p>My name is Megan and today I would like to talk to you all about my journey thus far working for Right at Home in Rhome Texas.</p> <p>I want to share some of my experience with you because the past three years that I have been with Right at Home, Rhome have been an honor and a tremendous joy.</p> <p>Back in early 2018 I found myself working somewhere that I was not very happy being. My good friend who had recently been hired on with Right at Home Rhome spoke highly of them and recommended that I apply with them as well. Having some previous experience with in home care I decided to give my two week notice with my current employer and submit an application there with Right at Home.</p> <p>Since day one, from the first call I received and from the first time I walked into the office I was made to feel so welcome. The environment was unlike any other I had been a part of and I knew I made the right decision.</p> <p>The continuous support and training at Right at Home Rhome has given me the tools I need to give our client’s the best care possible and has enabled me to grow. With growth comes opportunity and after two years working as a caregiver,&nbsp;I was offered an office position as the new Outreach Specialist.</p> <p>Being with a company that treats you like family, always does their best to recognize your hard work and show appreciation for all that you do is a huge blessing. Right at Home, Rhome truly cares for all of their employees and understand that taking care of their team better equips those team members to provide the best care possible for our client’s.
