Members Of Shannon Dragons Set For 'Wellness On The Water' Premiere

On Tuesday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined live in studio by Catherine Sheehan and Kathleen O'Donnell who are members of the Shannon Dragons who aim to support the recovery, health and wellbeing of breast cancer survivors. The duo discussed the premiere of 'Wellness On The Water' which is a collection of short film and audio pieces which has been produced in conjunction with the Living and Learning Communities Project and Grey Heron Media Company. Catheline and Catherine both shared their personal battles with cancer diagnosis and the role the Shannon Dragons played in giving them a chance to rebuild themselves on a personal and physical level. They highlighted that the Shannon Dragons offered them an opportunity to escape their own mind. The premiere of 'Wellness On The Water' is set to take place in the the Castleoaks Hotel in Castleconnell at 7:30 pm on Friday 31st March.
