I got invited by University of Arkansas to come to United States with a full scholarship for playing volleyball. On my last year in college met my husband that is also from Brazil but lived in MA for 25 years. I ended moving to MA (because there is nothing to do in AR, lol). </p><p>In 2006 my husband started our commercial cleaning company in Worcester MA with a partner that had another company in Boston. In 2009 they split the partnership because of different values. In 2010 I left my job as sales manager and start working with the company full time. Back then we only had 4 accounts.</p><p> In 2011, my husband went to start another business with his brother that was just back from Afghanistan. So, I became 100% owner of Unic Pro, which became a women-owned business. </p><p>As off right now we clean 144 buildings in MA, RI and South of NH. We are proud of our growth and about our staff. We have been growing an average of 40% each year. In our industry employee turnover is about 85%, our employee turnover is 13.5%.</p><p> We treat our employee with a lot respect and we work as a team. Every year we are all engaged in a community impact projects which promotes teamwork and benefit our community. <br /> </p>
