Legal Do-It-Yourself: Copyright, Trademarks, Patents, and Trade Secrets, Start-Ups and Small Businesses

<p>Devin Miller, a patent law attorney who blended his two interests, law and business, to help start-ups and small company clients, has joined YTS. Devin will discuss the differences between patent, copyright, and trademark law and how they affect business owners, with an emphasis on determining which to utilize. Greg will have a strategy session with Devin to fine-tune his company venture and what it entails. The ins and outs of patent law, as well as the time it takes to obtain one, will be explored, providing Greg and the audience with access to the necessary tools and tricks of the trade.</p>
