Josephine got to where she is today by accepting of a series of opportunities that were presented to her from directorship roles for not-for-profit organisations to listed companies and government.</p> <p>(13:58) What is Josephine’s advice for women embarking on a director’s journey?</p> <p>Josephine advises to understand what is required to be an effective director on the board. It’s important to remember that most of the time you will be providing counsel, advice and direction to the CEO.
