She hosts her podcast, "RN MD Podcast", where she talks about hospital relationships from the Doctor / Nurse perspective. We have been following Abby and her journey as she has created the movement to IMPACT healthcare(Interdisciplinary Medical & Patient Alliance for Care Transformation).  For more than 15 years, Abby has worked in our healthcare system. Starting as a CNA, she has also worked as an LPN, ADN, and ended her bedside career with a BSN after working in a Manhattan ICU during COVID in 2021. Abby currently works as an RN union organizer in NYC. She is also currently getting her masters degree in Healthcare Policy.
