Introducing a new series and a new host!

<p>This is a bonus episode introducing our new host Anum Urooj and her new series. The series aims to get the perspectives of researchers, policy makers and practitioners from across the globe on the area of physical activity from multiple disciplines such as Psychology, Public Health, Physical Education, Sport and Exercise Sciences and Sport Management.</p> <p>The topics covered will depend on the expertise of the guest but will broadly include definition of PA, theoretical perspectives, measurement of PA, benefits of PA, facilitators and barriers for PA participation, programmes/interventions to address physical inactivity crisis and many more.
