Gospel of John 17:6-9 - Jesus prays for those who believe in Him and not for the world - Prog 83

<p>On the Unchanging Word broadcast we are studying through the 17th chapter of John. <br> We will be looking at verses 6 thru 9 with Dr. Mitchell.</p> <p>In these verses, Dr. Mitchell points out that these disciples received and kept the words <br> that the Father gave to the Lord Jesus to give to them.</p> <p>He makes a plea to us today to keep the Word of God by believing in and loving <br> the Lord Jesus Christ. <br> We can do this by reading and re-reading the Word of God, the Bible looking to the savior Himself.</p> <p>Dr. Mitchell looks at verse 9, a statement of the Savior which seems to be misunderstood by many. <br> Jesus states that He prays for those who are His own and not for the world.</p> <p>Listen as Dr. Mitchell explains Jesus' words in this verse.</p> <p>Turn with us to John 17 verse 6.
