Gill found the skills required were very similar to those of a theatre director and got the job. Mardi Gras was her first epic journey in events and her love of events that changed hearts and minds grew from there.  </p> <p> </p> <p>(06:17) How does Gill get people to think these big out of the box ideas? </p> <p>Thinking out of the box is one of those terms that Gill sort of argues with because for her, not everyone’s box is the same.
