Ghana in Focus - US Vice-President visit to Ghana. No to Gay Rights in Ghana

<p>This week&apos;s episode of Ghana in Focus looks at the recent visit of US Vice President Kamala Harris to Ghana.<br/><br/>The visit was to further cement ties between the two countries.
