<p>Robyn Rihanna Fenty, popularly known as Rihanna, has emerged as the world’s wealthiest musician.</p>, <p>Forbes made the announcement in a statement on its website on Wednesday.</p>, <p>The singer-turned-entrepreneur, who is now a billionaire, joins the ranks of Oprah Winfrey as one of the richest entertainers in the world.</p>, <p>Her estimated net worth is $1.7 billion, with most of it coming from her cosmetic brand Fenty Beauty.</p>, <p>According to the business magazine, the bulk of her fortune (an estimated $1.4 billion) comes from the value of Fenty Beauty, of which she owns 50%.</p>, <p>In February, Rihanna’s lingerie line, ‘Savage x Fenty’, raised $115 million in funding at a $1 billion valuation.</p>
