<p>Your body is talking to you, are you listening? </p> <p>One of my biggest lessons last year was the one word that carried me through the whole year - Surrender.</p> <p>Without it, I don't think I would have dealt with things that came my way half as well.</p> <p>From relationships ending - both partners & friendship break ups, to being 1 year sober and finding a new way of coping.</p> <p>This episode is here to ask you, how are you numbing the pain your are feeling?</p> <p>As Gabor Mate says - When your in pain at the hospital, what do they do? They give you something to numb the pain. </p> <p>In life, we can end up using different ways - from alcohol, drugs or even gambling to numb our feelings.</p> <p>When what we really need to start with is an awareness of our own feelings, emotions and how we function.</p> <p>To accept that feeling emotions is normal.
