Because over the next 20-30 years of your professional medical career, you will have to support your credentials with past and most up to date documents necessary for certification, licensing, and hospital credentialing wherever you go.</p> <p>You will be requested to provide a history of documents that could go back 10-15 years ago in history. Having them ready and easily accessible at the palm of your hands will be an immense invaluable tool when needing to provide those within a timed frame for recertification and verification of professional credentials.</p> <p>Remember to maintain and keep a "CLEAN" personal and professional profile. Whatever you do outside the hospital/practice environment could have immense repercussions (positive and negative) in your professional career!
