Episode 141 - Celsius under investigation - What is Parity Substrate and how does Polkadot use it?

<p>Good morning! First up until the 12:00 minute mark, listen to me ramble on about Celsius and how they are being investigated. I received an e-mail from the Texas State Securities Board asking me to complete a survey on my dealings with Celsius. Sounds like they are in hot water. I hope I am not. Probably not, but hey, something to consider.
