By 15, he was already hiring people. He leveraged equipment and people to make the job faster. This led to his first partnership with a friend who did the same business, and they went from 20 yards to 50 yards. His partner moved on, leaving him with the business so he was able to catapult from there.</p> <p>Throughout high school, Dan met a guy that introduced him to the real estate world. Following college, he found a way to buy real estate in Memphis, Tennessee.
