Dumping Of Domestic Waste In Kilkee's Public Bins A 'Huge Problem'

A call has been made for measures to tackle the blight of domestic waste dumped in public bins in Kilkee. Councillor Cillian Murphy insists that the level of litter generated by tourists and residents could easily be managed, but he believes that bins are being filled with household rubbish.
