<p>If you're not willing to do one, there's no point aiming for three [Workouts and more]</p> <p><br></p> <p>We're on a mission to help one million people RISE by 2030 - join the movement at <a href="http://www.myrise.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.myrise.co.uk</a></p> <p><br></p> <p>You probably already know that if you join a conventional gym, you usually only hear from them when you cancel your Direct Debit.</p> <p>Some places do do non-user calls or texts.</p> <p>But there’s a term in the Fitness Industry called “waking the dead”.</p> <p>They’ll stop contacting people after they’ve not been in for a while as it’ll just remind you your paying for a gym membership you’re not using and make it more likely that you’ll cancel.</p> <p>Our average usage is miles better than a normal gym’s.</p> <p>But, of course, there are plenty of time when people haven’t been in for a while.</p> <p>And we’ll be in contact with them.</p> <p>“I’ve been busy” will be a common reply.</p> <p>Which we get.</p> <p>Our lives are more hectic and full on than at any point in history.</p> <p>But, let’s be honest, if we’ve not exercised in, let’s say, a month, can that ever really be because we’ve been “too busy”?</p> <p>Over 600 hours and not a single one was used on anything non-essential that we could have done a workout in?</p> <p>About 45,000 minutes and we couldn’t move in a way that would maintain or improve some aspect of health and fitness for 5 of them?</p> <p>What often underpins us thinking that we “don’t have time” to exercise is the idealised version of what that would look like that we’d got in our heads.</p> <p>Where we think we need to do three or more workouts a week for it to be worthwhile.</p> <p>And when we don’t feel we can do that, we don’t do any.</p> <p>Or we feel we have to do a full 45 minute session for it to be worthwhile.</p> <p>And when we don’t feel we can do that, we don’t do any.</p> <p>Or we feel we have to go to a specific location (RISE for example) for it to be worthwhile.</p> <p>And when we d
