<p>Today reminds us that it is December as an upper-level trough swings through the area and surface low-pressure move across Kansas will lead to much colder temps in the 30’s for highs and lows in the teens.  In addition, north winds will gust 35-40 mph with a shot of light snow this afternoon.  The main track of accumulating snow chances will be to our north along I-80 in Nebraska and locally can expect a PM shot of light snow or wintry mix with no accumulation.  Saturday northwest flow behind exiting system will warm afternoon highs into the mid to upper 40’s after a cold morning start in the teens.  Sunday, Monday and Tuesday we will see a warm-up into the 60’s as high-pressure and ridging builds into the area.    </p> <p> </p>
