Clare's SVP President says people both in and out of work in this county are 'at the pin of their collar' when it comes to dealing with the cost of living. The Government will give the first official glimpse at the upcoming cost of living budget today with the publication of the Summer Economic Statement. Clare's SVP branch President Denis Carty says the number of people coming to the charity for help in the county continues to mount.
