Chinese Minister of National Defense meets with U.S. counterpart

Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe has urged the United States to view China’s development rationally while talking with U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on the sidelines of the 19th Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore.
