<p>WINTER STORM WARNING TODAY & TONIGHT where 4” to 8” inches of snow and blowing snow are possible.   Temps will drop into the upper teens and low 20’s, lows upper single digits and north winds gust 25 to 35 mph. Tomorrow the system moves off to the east but will remain cold in the upper 20’s, breezy north wind mainly in the morning, with lows in single digits impacted by snowpack as well.  Friday, Saturday and Sunday the area will be under an upper-level ridge and northwesterly flow warms into the 40’s and lows into the upper teens and low 20’s.   </p>
