He served as Principal Secretary to Mayor John Tory during the Mayor’s first term in office. Prior to his time at City Hall, he ran Prime Strategies Group, a public affairs consulting business. He also ran for elected office, twice as a candidate for the Member of Provincial Parliament in the riding of Richmond Hill.
