Tonight on the Brian Crombie Radio Hour I interview Keldon Bester, a competition expert, about the proposed Rogers Shaw merger particularly given the Rogers outage last week.<br /><br />Keldon Bester is a co-founder of the Canadian Anti-Monopoly Project (CAMP), a Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, and an independent consultant and researcher. Keldon Bester is a CIGI fellow studying issues of competition and monopoly power in Canada. He has worked as a special adviser at Canada’s Competition Bureau and as a fellow at the Open Markets Institute, and contributed to the UK Treasury’s Unlocking Digital Competition: Report of the Digital Competition Expert Panel. Keldon holds a master of public policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.
