She has been leading women's healing retreats since 2016, taught vinyasa yoga since 2015 & has taken a yoga for trauma training, as well as a kundalini yoga intensive training, all of which have informed her teaching style and unique approach. </p> <p class="">She is currently writing her first book, a poetry memoir about the healing journey post her husband's traumatic brain injury.
