He co-founded the band with Graham Nash. Allan co-wrote a number of their hits including “On A Carousel”, “Carrie Ann” and “Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress” and he was the lead singer on so many hits including “He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother”.
