279: Leveraging The Great Stay Recipe to earn up to six figures or more with Kim Cressell

<p>Kim Cressell, coach, author, and consultant, has been involved in real estate rentals and property management for more than 20 years. Her work began with annual leased rentals in key cities, &amp; then she learned how to double and sometimes even triple the rental income by switching to nightly, weekend and weekly rentals using available technology platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, &amp; Booking.com, among others.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>She has earned and maintained Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Partner status. In 2017, she was a founding partner in purchasing and transforming a vacant commercial property with three historically significant–yet vacant–buildings into a profitable, successful hybrid rental concept that became valued at two million dollars consisting of a boutique inn (with rooms listed on the major booking platforms), a coffee shop, a wine bar, and a small bookstore. That business–called The Reserve (now The Reserve Retreat)-- went on to earn many regional and local awards, including “Best Bed &amp; Breakfast,” “Best Business,” and “Best Coffee Shop,” and has been featured extensively in the news media. At one point, Kim had up to 10 short-term rentals at a time. Now, &nbsp;she focuses on helping others while enjoying the hosting lifestyle, along with her fiancé and two children. She has properties on the Gulf of Mexico and in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
