2261: Fundraising drive underway for treatment of mutilated teenager

<div>The Communications consultant for the newly formed South Sudanese Women United Against Violence and Abuse says they have raised closed to one thousand dollars for treatment for the 15-year-old girl whose eyes were mutilated after she refused an arranged marriage. The pressure group will bring the girl to Juba today for further treatment. They have called on well-wishers to donate money for her healing process.<br> <br> </div>
