18 - Why showing your personality will mean some people won't like you (and that's okay) - tone of voice

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">How do you start your emails? </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Is it “Dear Victoria, I am writing to you today to ask if you can help me with…” </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Or is it: “Hey Victoria, I like what you said about personality and I need your help!” </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Because if it’s the first - that’s fine. If you want to attract formal and corporate clients.
