1652: SSPDF soldier arrested in Hai Cinema shoot out to stand trial before military court

<div>An SSPDF soldier who was arrested in a military operation in Juba on Monday is set to face trial in a military court. </div> <div>The Military Intelligence officer popularly known as Mike Mike was apprehended on Monday following a gunshot exchange between National Security and Military Intelligence officers as he resisted arrest in the Hai Cinema area. </div> <div>Army spokesperson Maj Gen Lul Ruai confirmed to Radio Miraya that Mike Mike is facing several crimes and will be tried before a military court martial when investigations have been completed. </div> <div>Maj Gen Lual Ruai says no one was injured in Monday’s operation but advises anyone whose property was damaged during the shootout to seek redress through the right channels. </div> <div> <br> <br> </div>
