Xylazine, a horse tranquilizer commonly referred to on the street as "tranq" or the "Zombie drug," has been found in small quantities of illicit drugs seized by local law enforcement in LA County. A fired LAPD commander who was fired for a drunken incident has called out the department for a ‘double standard.
