Salty Chicken Stew for a Socialist: Lord Carni Enters the Henhouse

This little yellow book about nothing reveals many secrets and was inspired by an imaginary political story that was said to have taken place in a mythical land called the Great White North not so long ago. The story in this novella is set in a lush green valley of the North Okanagan lands, in a barn on a large farm. In this tale, a coalition government of rogue coyotes plagued with ethics violations, scandals, fiscal malfeasance, and foolishness slowly comes to an end after a long reign of tyranny. The political landscape and power dynamics begins to shift as illiberal timber wolves move in and take over the north.After the lead wolf, named Lord Carni, and the entire pack of timber wolves arrive at the henhouse, they bring their new woke agendas and policies. First, they set up an illegal money printing press to bleed out the hen’s savings and pension funds, so their lives soon take a drastic turn. They control the media and use a climate emergency to implement economic destroying carbon taxes. A once vibrant and free market henhouse becomes a socialist timber wolf infested den of high taxes, expensive goods, and UBI programs. Eventually, the hens figure out something is seriously wrong, but it may be too late. The timber wolf invaders have even more diabolical plans for them.Read more
