<p>A movie in which Joan Crawford (in her last film role) plays with a man in a crappy dime-store ape mask, and then goes to court to protect Ape Mask Man from a bunch of greedy real-estate developers, because the developers would rather kill the creature instead of running the risk of all their local property values decreasing. Because his presence will do that for some reason? I don't know.
