The outlook for Australian property – houses, apartments, regional and office

<p>Lockdowns and economic uncertainty stemming from Covid resulted in predictions of falls of up to 30% in the Australian residential property market. Fears for office property were much, much worse, with only 10% of office workers returning to Melbourne’s CBD late this year.
