Sip and Jake view the Nebraska job under Matt Rhule as a reset, not a rebuild…does Coach Busch agree with that mindset?

-Bill was obviously on the staff last year and wasn’t retained, but he knows a lot of the players who are returning and also that Nebraska wasn’t a terrible team last year, they just struggled to close games and had injuries at the QB spot -If it’s not a rebuild but more of a reset, what’s the difference in time expected to be competitive and get to a bowl game?
